My Story
I was born in 1984 in Germany. I became a manager at Amazon in Germany in 2013 by accident after getting my bachelor’s degree and MBA in Berlin. I spent 7 years at Amazon from 2013 to 2020 and I went through many stations and management levels, from Area Manager up to Principal at the European headquarters. I managed up to 5,000 employees as a
leader at Amazon at the top.
I mainly worked in Operations (Warehouse Logistics) but also in Project Management and Human Resources. After that, I successfully built Wayfair‘s German logistics network as Associate Director for two years and since December 2022, I have been Vice President at the fastest growing green unicorn in Europe – Enpal.
Professional Life
During my time as a manager, I have lived in Germany, Luxembourg, India and Poland and worked in countless other countries.
In addition to this professional work, I also founded the green tech startup Terum in US and recently led it through a successful pre-seed round. We are building a gamified social APP for environmental change that was launched globally in December 2022, and doing our part to save the planet.

"To be authentic, you must have your own 'working philosophy'. Personal values, principles, and beliefs shape a great leader. People need to feel that they can learn from their leader."
